MEECHAI TAITHAI CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”, “the Store”) ships orders placed on meechai-taithai.co.th according to the policy below.

1. Shipping Area
We ship to all addresses within Thailand. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Estimated delivery time: Bangkok and surrounding provinces 1–2 business days; other provinces 2–5 business days.
- Orders that require assembly or upgrades (e.g. adding RAM or SSD) may need an extra 1–3 business days. We will let you know in advance.
- Delivery may take longer during holiday periods or in circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order. No additional shipping charges will be added afterwards.
4. Couriers and Tracking
- We ship with Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express, SPX Express or Thailand Post.
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email or LINE.
- Every item is packed in a sturdy box with protective cushioning.
5. Out-of-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you within 1 business day with the expected shipping date. You may choose to wait, or cancel the order and receive a full refund under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Please check the package before signing for it. If the box is clearly dented or torn, take photos or refuse the delivery.
- We recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while unboxing as evidence.
- If the item is damaged in transit, the wrong model, or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover all costs and replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient could not be reached, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost. Alternatively, you may cancel the order and receive a refund minus the shipping costs already incurred.
